smartid TIME — Getting Started. Implementation: Time Attendance can be implemented in 2 ways. Without Palm Scanner: Teachers and Staff scan the school QR Code using a mobile phone; Class Teacher uses the smartid Mobile App for Student Class Attendance. With Palm Scanner: Teacher, Staff and Student Attendance uses Palm Time Attendance, with multiple devices placed at various locations. Getting Started steps: register at time.smartid.my, confirm your email, log in, register other Teachers, Staff, Student and Parents, inform registered personnel to log in and download the smartid Mobile App, and where the Palm Attendance device is not available, use the mobile app to register on-site or off-site attendance and manage leave.

smartid TIME is built for organisations with multiple branches, factories, or job sites. Palm recognition devices are installed at each entrance — employees clock in and out, and the record syncs to smartid Cloud instantly, visible on the HR dashboard.

For field staff and sales teams working off-site, the mobile app records attendance using geo-location services, so time is never lost to paperwork and false attendance can't slip through.
